Running costs on top are small: the domain name is about £10 a year, and automated WhatsApp messages are about 2p each. That's Meta's charge, not Chris's. Hosting on Cloudflare is free.

What if we don't like something?
Then it changes. Colours, lettering, photos, wording and layout are all easy to adjust before it goes live, and after too.
Who owns the website?
You do. It goes on your own Cloudflare account. Chris is added as a helper so he can look after it, but you can remove him any time.
How long does it take?
Stage 1 can usually be live within two weeks of getting the logo, photos and details. Each later stage takes about one to three weeks.
Are there contracts?
No. Monthly plans can be stopped whenever you like. One-off stages are paid when each stage is done.
Why is it so cheap compared to an agency?
Chris uses AI agents for a lot of the design, build and content work and checks everything himself, so there's no office or team to pay for. He's also building his portfolio, which helps on price.
